The very first London shows of my new musical play HOUSE ON FIRE were a sell out at The Union Theatre, London on Sunday 2nd and Monday 3rd November 2014. I started writing the script in April this year and composing the songs in May. I workshopped the production in July in London to edit the script, work on the story and characters and see how the ideas in my head could be brought to life. After the success of the workshop, I was invited to perform the very first incarnation of the show in London at The Union Theatre. An intense week of rehearsal, adding even more under-scoring resulted in a show I am very proud of.

HOUSE ON FIRE is a one woman show like no other; a play with music about relationships and love which is full of laughter (and I play all the male characters). It is a fiction, a tale that many can relate to and recognise - a passionate play that burns with the zeitgeist of romance today. The audience response was terrific and I now know I have an original show to take to the next stage. Shane O'Regan did a quite brilliant job on the arrangements of my music and for the underscoring for the play - he is a rare talent and a joy to work with. And huge thanks to Sherry Coenen for the lighting. There will soon be a trailer for HOUSE ON FIRE and video clips from the production currently being edited by Paolo Camata of Iliocrandi. Also production shots by Walter Van Dyke on here soon. Thank you to all who have supported me so far. I look forward to performing HOUSE ON FIRE again soon.
